RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Individual or multiple items from your order can be returned within 14 days from the receiving date.If you changed your mind about an item, you were sent the wrong item or you are looking for a change, please contact us via email at info@atmospray.it providing the following info:
- Your order number (ex. #3060)
- The purpose of your email (ex. Return, Wrong Item)
In case of a RETURN, the cost of shipping back to us are paid by the sender. Once we receive the shipment we will make sure the goods meet the returns requirements. If the goods meet the requirements you will be refunded the entire cost of the item/items directly to your credit card or PayPal account (the cost of delivering to you won’t be refunded).
In case you accidentally received the WRONG ITEM, we will arrange a pick up at an address indicated by you and will provide you the shipping document needed. We will then proceed to send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Items must be returned intact, untouched and with original packaging/tags. Always contact us by email before shipping an item back to us.
